Generative-AI training
your teams actually
use on Monday.
Hands-on workshops for developers, testers, product, delivery and leadership — from AI foundations to building your own coding agents. Tailored to your roles, your levels, and your own tools.
I. Why most AI training doesn't stick
One-off inspiration talks and generic prompt tips don't survive contact with a real backlog.
Blanket sessions bore the advanced and drown the beginners — teams are mixed.
Tools change monthly; skills last.
Role-relevant, level-matched, hands-on, on your stack — people leave with something they use the same week.
II. A path for every role
| Role | Foundations | Practitioner | Advanced / Builder |
|---|---|---|---|
| Developers | Prompting and AI-assisted coding basics | AI across the SDLC — test generation, code review | Build and ship an app with agents, MCP and CI (Code Everest, Spec-Driven Development) |
| Testers / QA | GenAI for testing and prompt engineering (Beyond Bug-Hunt) | Test data, exploratory testing with AI, automation exercises | Build your own testing agent |
| Business Analysts & Product | AI for discovery, documentation and research | Grounding on your own documents; requirements → tests | Custom assistants for the product workflow |
| Delivery leads (PM / SM) | AI in the PM toolkit (AI-ssist Me) | Automation of reporting and comms, risk pre-assessment | Build a delivery assistant on your platform |
| Managers / Leadership | What GenAI changes for software organisations | Team composition, role evolution, adoption roadmaps | Responsible-AI governance — anchored by SGH MBA executive education |
| Business functions (HR, Marketing, Ops) | R.A.G.E. prompting and everyday assistants | Content and image generation, in your brand | Compliance co-pilots and simple agents (AI for HR) |
Most engagements mix roles and levels — programs are composed for the actual team.

“Cool, dynamic, well prepared, insightful, fun.”
“Fast paced, engaging. Hands-on, not just theoretical regurgitation of concepts.”
“the stuff and results blew my sceptic mind”
“The only criticism I have about this session is that it should have been a full day workshop. Excellent workshop but a bit compressed.”
“Great mix of detailed insight and practice.”
“The best workshop that I had at Eurostar”
Signed statements
“At the first meeting during the recruitment interview I noticed in Adam a passion for what he is doing. When I was already a member of Adam's team, he impressed me with the ability to briefly and logically transfer knowledge. Adam as a team leader has a great combination of soft competences, charisma and tester/coaching experience. I think it was one of the key elements that our team had a good atmosphere. The great value of Adam is the ability to perform tasks with the help of the team, giving the team members freedom and the ability to show ingenuity.”
“I had the pleasure of attending the "CSI Testing - A Simulation Game" at the 2023 edition of the EuroSTAR Testing Conference. Adam is a fantastic speaker, but an even better mentor, giving small nudges to help you find your own answer. I was impressed at the way both the workshop and his responses were structured to lead you to the place you needed to be. The game he created was amazingly well thought out and detailed, keeping everyone engaged in a way directly related to the SDLC at every stage. You can tell the passion Adam has for sharing knowledge and helping people achieve their goals. I cannot recommend Adam or his workshop enough.”
“I attended Adam's tutorial session "CSI Testing - A Simulation Game" during the last EuroSTAR in Antwerp. And it was absolutely worth the (later) prize for the best tutorial of the conference. A real life scenario, perfectly designed with lots of layers and puzzles, roles and possibility to win points. Absolute recommendation for any team not only as a teamwork exercise, but also other skills useful on any IT project. I assume Adam's calendar is rapidly getting booked now, so be quick about getting in touch with him!”

V. How it's made
Every commercial workshop is hand-made — like a suit from a tailor, cut to fit your team, your tools, your constraints.
Hands-on, never lecture-only. Simulation games, role-play, build-something sessions — proven from conference stage to corporate room.
Runs on your stack. Delivered on clients' own internal AI platforms — internal ChatGPT deployments, Copilot, Claude, Google, bespoke platforms.
Tailored to role and level. Same core, composed per audience — including split basic and advanced groups within one engagement.
Foundations to agents. One provider from first prompt to building and deploying AI agents.
English & Polish, any format. Half-day to multi-day academy — on-site, remote, or webinar-plus-workshop.
Cohort-based delivery. Parallel role and level groups — two-day multi-group programs already delivered.
Train-the-trainer for large rollouts. Internal champions run supported sessions after the first cohorts — the model for scaling beyond what one trainer can teach in person.
Pre-provisioned cloud environments. No laptop-setup lotteries on locked-down corporate machines.
Webinar-plus-workshop funnel. Awareness at scale through webinars; hands-on depth where it counts.
Training runs inside your environment, on your approved AI platforms — no client code or data leaves your infrastructure. NDA-standard engagements.
VI. About Adam
Adam Matlacz runs generative-AI training for clients in Poland and abroad, and lectures in the SGH Warsaw School of Economics MBA — a graduate of the program's first edition, invited back to teach.
He's credible with every role because he's held most of them: tester, business analyst, scrum master, agile coach, pre-sales engineer, project lead — and CTO, later Chief Evangelist, of an AI-first startup.
Before GenAI: years of agile coaching and team leadership across software organisations.
VII. Questions enterprises ask
- Who is the training for?
- Every role in a software organisation — developers, testers, business analysts and product, delivery leads, managers and leadership, plus business functions like HR. Mixed teams are the norm: programs are composed per role and level, so beginners and advanced practitioners each get a path.
- Do you run on-site, remote, or hybrid?
- All three. Formats delivered so far range from half-day tutorials and full-day corporate workshops to two-day multi-group programs and webinar-plus-workshop funnels — on-site and online, in English and Polish.
- Which AI tools do you teach?
- Yours. Training runs on your internal AI platforms — internal ChatGPT deployments, Copilot, Claude, Google, or bespoke stacks. Tools change monthly; the skills and working methods are what last.
- Is our code and data safe?
- Training runs inside your environment, on your approved AI platforms — no client code or data leaves your infrastructure. Engagements are NDA-standard.
- How do you handle large groups and many teams?
- Cohort-based delivery with parallel role and level groups (two-day, two-group programs already delivered), a train-the-trainer model for large rollouts, pre-provisioned cloud environments, and a webinar-plus-workshop funnel for awareness at scale.
- Which languages do you deliver in?
- English and Polish — any format, either language.
- What does it cost?
- Programs are composed per team — roles, levels, format and length all move the scope. The discovery call is where it gets scoped; a fixed price list wouldn't be honest for hand-made programs.
